The location, the cottage was nice

Beds were not well aired. Some of the equipment for babies were musty Kitchen was missing some equipment : casserole dish It was a lot extra to go from 2 people to 4

Very comfortable and good location. Lovely beds and bedding. The eggs and bread are a nice touch but unlike other guests we seemed to have missed out on the honey!

On both nights we were woken by people talking loudly about 1am. Also, would have been useful to have a map of the site showing where we could walk to - there was no-one in the caravans but would have felt like we were encroaching to get to the river if there had been. Needs loungers outside for reading/enjoying the view!

"A real hidden gem, will be telling our friends about this place , but not to many of them."

What a hidden gem, an amazing place , wonderful views and a short walk to the river for a lovely swim. On arrival Jonathan had left a fresh baked loaf , 6 eggs from their own chickens as well as a small jar of home made honey, what more could you ask for.

"Lovely peaceful break"

It was lovely and peaceful. The house was well maintained and stocked.

The animals that came into the garden when dogs are allowed. Made us very nervous about letting the dogs out. The outside table needs a de-mossing.
