The property had a nice homely feel with what looked like nice Ikea sets of drawers under the sloping part of the ceiling, and nice decor. Small well equipped kitchen with a small table and 2 folding chairs, with a door separating the bedroom. Plenty of parking and could arrive anytime due to the key lock safe. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our brief stay. Would not have wanted to stay for a week but would definitely go back for a short duration.

The shower desperately needs a thermostatic valve as it alternated between too hot and cold with the tiniest adjustment. The wash basin is small and could have been bigger as there was enough room. The TV was small and positioned so it would be difficult to watch from any of the seating positions, probably due to the lack of wall space caused by the sloping ceiling.

It was absolutely perfect. So peaceful but so easy for everything

Very comfortable - everything you could need was supplied. Friendly hosts. Good games room which we unfortunately didn’t get to make use of. Felt like it was in middle of nowhere yet local shops/supermarkets/great pub to eat only minutes away
