Cottage is very cosy and in a great location and really easy to find. Instructions for access were clear and parking nearby was easy. Plenty of attractions nearby an lots of local amenities.

Oven was not working but owner was responsive when alerted. A freezer compartment in fridge would be handy.

This is a little gem of a property. Located in a lovely quiet bay with plenty of walks nearby, a nature reserve at the top of the street and we also found a hidden beach 🤩. Plenty of room for 3 adults and a 13 year old and the adult size bunk beds were a bonus. The cottage is very well equipped,modern, clean,warm and cozy. Broadband is good and there is a fab outside terrace. We didn’t use this as it was too cold but I imagine it’s great in summer. Area wise there are 2 small bistro bars located within walking distance ( bottom of Mersey Street), Porthmadog is a longer walk and 3 major supermarkets including one with a fuel station are a 5 min drive away. Communication with the owner was great both over e mail and a courtesy call to discuss the key box code and to answer any questions we had. When we got there they had put a Christmas tree up for us which was a lovely unexpected touch. This is a great base to stay to explore the area.

If you like to park outside your property then this is not for you. There is plenty of free on street parking by the chapel on Mersey Street but I can imagine at peak times of the year it would get very busy.

Location was very good, parking was on street but at an excellent location. Ideal location for all local shops and amenities. One of the most comfortable beds to sleep in. Cottage was very clean ,tidy and well equipped.

Due to the fact that my wife is 82yrs old and mildly disabled, stairs were an issue getting to bathroom and toilet which was rather awkward both day and night time, also sloping ceilings in both caused problems for me due being over 6ft tall.
