Great property. This is the 2nd time staying here. And have booked again for August!

Hot tub reeked of chlorine- no settings to adjust temp/lights etc… we lasted about 10 mins in there but couldn’t beat the smell any longer. Shame, as the first time we stayed (in number 4) we didn’t have this problem (was a better hot tub!)

Was a great location and overall property was lovely. Had a great time.

Pressure in the downstairs shower was not very good. Would also have been nice to be able to have opened more than just one window downstairs in the main living area.

Very convenient location but nice and quiet. Well appointed accommodation. Prompt communication response from owner.

Adjacent accommodation's lounge window overlooking the jacuzzi. Bed a bit soft for our preference (we have a firm mattress) but still comfortable and no disturbance.

"Charming stay in Whitstable"

Gorgeous house and the furnishings were clean and very comfortable. Fabulous hot tub and location was amazing, only a stroll into the centre of Whitstable

Tricky to find, not sign to say where the property was , but after a quick phone call to the owners we got there

Loved the decoration and facilities available a lot of attention payed to customers experience. Lots of information given and the response was quick and helpful. Lovely bonus of hot tub and didn’t mind walking around outside of property to use it.

There were a few bits of small things which had been missed. Our bedsheet had a hole looked like maybe caught in the washing machine. I found a water bottle left under one of the beds when we were checking to leave this was not ours. Obviously nothing can be done about the lane to access but which requires a bit to navigate.

Lovely decor, excellent location, great facilities and provisions in all respects and good to have use of the hot tub. Easy communication and fast response in person to a problem with the boiler which was quickly resolved.

We both found the raised floor beams in the bedrooms a bit challenging ... People will need to be aware of this feature in advance in case of any mobility issues.
