The Old Schoolhouse

Comfort. Central location and of course the hot tub. We were let in a couple of hours early which made our Sunday arrival all the better.

Question comfort and available space if taken with more than 4 people. The entrance to the hot tub is on quite a busy public footpath. Including parents walking their children to and from school.

This is a lovely place to stay and I would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending. Very impressed with the fully equipped kitchen even a washing machine. Lots of thoughtful little things such as books and games available. Bed extremely comfortable and bed sheets nice and soft. I can only give this a 9/10 however due to the maintenance issues as detailed below.

Towels - awful. Rough and thin Bath mats are missing their non slip backing. Without this the risk of these slipping on the wooden floor and causing a fall is high. En-suit shower has been sealed shut so it cannot be used Sparkling lights in kitchen area on the beam left hand side when facing kitchen were flickering on and off Although the sensor light at entrance door does work it does not come on automatically when your trying to find your keys in the dark.

Beautiful home from home with so many lovely touches (a dressing gown for my daughter who is 4 in her size amongst the grown up ones - she was so chuffed!) The double beds were so comfy and lovely bedding They hot tub was a dream The place was super well equipped Ideal location

Only that the bbq plate was dirty so it put us off bbqing

everything incredible!

Easy access everything was on !! Jacuzzi etc all ready for use as we were only here one night I felt that was excellent as I’ve wasted time before when things have not . Easy to park and everything was as the photos showed very stylish ( I’d love to know their interior decorator!!)

We loved the Old School House. Very nice finishes and good quality.

Brought this for my parents as a little weekend away they have very high standards and they said how lovely it was will definitely be going back so thank you very much
