The Birmingham Estate Collective by Prime Stays - Contractor & Group Stays - Secure Parking

We had been a group of 26 people renting the three houses. Unfortunately the houses are not made for so many people - despite the description. In one house we had five chairs only for 10 people and the kitchens in all houses are definately not made to cook for many people. The houses definately need some soft renovation. In one house someone had obviously been smoking weed. We asked for airport transfer and food delivery as both services are mentioned in the description. When we asked for those services they denied and could not recommend someone. We asked to not charge us the late check-out due to all these unsatisfying circumstances. But they charged us the full price. We were asked to send photos but as we participated at an international dance competition we had no time. Also I think it is the responsibility of the owner to check on the number of chairs and if soeone had been smoking inside!?! So we can not recommend this accomodation.

Location, size, well maintained, amenities and hospitable host.

Overall the house was perfect for us. There was 8 of us, and we were comfortable in the house. Loved the setting, especially the secured parking inside. That was a bonus for us. The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped, but other than that, everything was good.

The beds mattresses need changing, the springs in the mattress were making noise. The downstairs bulb needs changing, we told the owners, they were made aware of this. But we will definitely be booking this house on our next visit to Birmingham...

Shower heads were tiny landed not have enough water pressure. Beds were uncomfortable very springy
