First room shower leaking from shower hose. Couldn’t use. Clumps of hair on floor, body fluids on sheets, pillows. single Dirty crockery.

Enough space and many toilet 👍 Quite and very nice house

The electric cooker is very slow 😔😔

Very clean. Rooms spacious unlike UK small rooms. The room was enough for two families. To be honest it was amazing

The property is in a unsafe area please be careful when booking this place it’s very dangerous in a high crime rate area the property is meant to be gated but the gates stay open all day and night so no safety we had random people knocking on our door. The property is poorly maintained, the sofas are unbearable, the beds are fully worn out spring poking you all night, dirty pillows ,dirty duvets ,dirty mattress ,dirty carpets dirty kitchen, not enough cutlery,pots or pans. And that’s just the tip of the ice berg Please be aware when you use there hand wash or cleaning products and it finishes they will charge you. They held £350 deposit of mine and tried to deduct £60 for a half empty bottle of hand wash that we used in a two and a half week stay. The management of this place is a joke and will try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. The duvet covers have no buttons or zips to hold the duvet in place so at night the duvet falls out and your left sleeping with just the duvet cover The tv is so old that the HDMI ports are all damaged and the remote is useless The vacuum absolutely wreaks it made me gag over 5 times Carpet in every room is stained Strong smell off weed all day and night And parties taking place through out our stay so no peace and quiet On one off the days two women tried to enter the property without informing me and when I asked what they are doing they said they have come to remove a bed from the property as they need it for one of the neighbouring properties I found this to be a massive invasion of privacy and was quiet shocked that they had entered the property without my consent. Please save your money and book elsewhere there are many places that are better than this in Birmingham.

Good location and a safe car park.

We had no heating on arrival. There's quite a few broken stuff in the property. The property is due for a paint I don't.

The location and the size of the property is amazing big enough for 2 families. The property is very private as well which I really liked.
