Brighton Central Home with free parking

Property offers great flexibility with 3 bedrooms and capacity for up to 8 to sleep, we were 6. The kitchen is well stocked and having the parking was very helpful in addition. The location is fantastic for the centre, station, beachfront. Lovely kitchen sitting area.

Previous posts mention the bathroom is a little tired, but it works perfectly fine. The owner had obviously responded to other issues like ensuring glasses, new mattresses on the bunks. He was very responsive before during and after our stay so book without concern.

The location of this property was amazing as it was right by the lanes and everything was walking distance. The parking onsite was also great

There was some thick cobwebs in the kitchen and a draining problem with the bathroom sink

The property needs a thorough industrial clean - cobwebs, dust, detritus in multiple locations (behind beds, couches, tables). Bathroom needs an overhaul. Missing a few basics in the kitchen (e.g. tea towels).

Excellent property with garden in the heart of Brighton city literally 2 min walk to the main strip! With shops and everything you need! Nice size front room with kitchen really enjoyed the stay , property was clean and David was happy to reply quickly
