The property was really nice, had a full kitchen and an outdoor bit that was lovely.

The fridge smelt really bad even when empty. Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable in the bunk beds.

Location was great and the free parking space is really great

Property was very dirty. It had a mould smell which we discovered was dirty laundry In three bags underneath the stairs. The cupboard under the stairs was full to the brim of laundry and cleaning products. The general upkeep of the house is very poor. There was mould on the fridge seal and freezer. The oven was filthy. We found toys ( nuff bullets ) left from previous guests which obviously hadn’t been cleaned away. Generally unkempt windows were filthy. Ironing board was broken. Fantastic location But really needs to have a good makeover.Tv not working and didn’t work last year either . It had declined since last year . Won’t be staying again until improved . Location. It is very central to everything in Brighton especially for the price. Reception is very huge good for large groups. Host is very responsive to messages.

It could be a little bit more cleaner especially the kitchen. We had to buy a new kettle to use for boiling water for our 5 month old because the kettle and pots are not suitable for use but David was quick to respond and reimbursed us. The house rule of how to use the patio should have been posted in the listing as well just so to be clear to guests who are booking.
