"Lovely little house"

We were very happy with this lovely little house which felt homely and had everything we needed as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. It was modern, comfortable and clean and great as a base for exploring the local area and different places around South Wales. We had good weather and really enjoyed the garden table and chairs and sofa. The street is very nice and quiet and just a couple of minutes walk from the Millennium Coastal Path. We would gladly stay here again.

Perhaps the garden could do with a few colourful plants

"Lovely 2 bedroom holiday home."

Location was very quiet, which we liked. Everything that we needed was provided.

Decor was very good, perhaps a little dark in lounge, but just our choice.

"Nice, comfortable property, great location expecting to book again"

Nice quiet street very close to lake and coastal path, a short walk to Llanelli and easy access from main roads. House is nicely decorated and private parking with access to the garage for any “toys” was available. We took part in Parkrun which starts VERY nearby and visit d the WWT reserve and Botanical gardens. On previous trips to the area we’ve walked along the coast and used train.

Extremely clean Very comfortable bed Cosy sheets Quiet area Dishwasher with tablets Plenty of towels Good handbook giving all the necessary info Far exceeds other rental houses for correctly segregating recycling - proper labelled bins for each category Impressive blue and gold colour co-ordination

Water pressure upstairs is very low No Free view on TV Central heating radiators can only be increased to 22 degrees and revert to a chilly 14 degrees every 2 hours (but you can request a different pattern during your stay) No blinds at kitchen windows
