Everything! Very clean & bright. Perfect location to visit friends & Oakham town.

Just a couple of minor things but not negative. The shower head wouldn’t stay up in its holder & the towels were lovely but could have done with a larger one like a bath sheet.

"Lovely family weekend in a beautiful location."

Lovely location to visit family and Rutland Water. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and towels. Lovely and clean, comfortable furnishings. Convenient to walk into Oakham.

We had everything we needed for a long weekend. For a longer stay guests might appreciate a washing machine.

We had a 2 night stay in this lovely 3 storey house. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of games for family nights in. It was close to Rutland Water which we cycled round and close to Oakham where we enjoyed a lovely curry night out.

"Really nice clean, cool [on a very hot weekend] stay in a well equipped house."

Very good location for a family wedding in a local village and for walking into Oakham. Very clean and nicely presented and lots of board games etc and well equipped kitchen. The bath slip mat was very useful for the over bath shower! Lots of nice hot water. We didn't have time to use the garden but it seemed nice. Lou always came back quickly with any queries we had.

Only comment would be that as so many of the visitors seemed to be going to weddings it would be nice to have full length floor mirrors in all the bedrooms possibly or at least in a hallway? The mirror in the downstairs bedroom, on top of the chest of drawers would only be accessible to someone who is 6feet tall!
