"Clean, spacious and lots of entertainment for a rainy day"

Lovely very clean and spacious property. Superb location. Great for a family, lots of fantastic games to play and dvds to watch. Well thought out space. Would definitely go back

Check out is very early. The main room bathroom door doesn’t shut completely and we struggled not being able to control the heating due to locks.

"We had a fab time seeing friends and family. The house was a good size for us all."

The location was great, near the town centre and friends, the house was spacious and well equipt.

The ensuite door does not close at all. A second frontdoor key would be useful when people want to go out separately.

"Great for a Large family"

Nice house on three floors that works well. Close to the town and Rutland Water. A great collection of games in the sitting room. The kitchen has sufficient crockery and cutlery for 8 place settings. Lots of other useful stuff in the kitchen. Nice and warm, with plenty of hot water.

The ground floor room is beneath the kitchen, so any movement therein is loud. No washing machine. Some of the pans were not clean.
