"Perfect location for Rutland Water"

Very handy location a short walk from Oakham Town centre, and close to Rutland Water. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and lots of walking routes in surrounding countryside.

"Great location"

Location good

No Hot Water for Shower on 2nd night both guys had worked a 14 hour day and were not happy that they had to have cold showers

"A great place to say near Rutland Water"

Rutland view is on the edge of Oakham and close to Rutland Water, ideal for exploring the area. You can do a very scenic walk round the Rutland Water Peninsular and have lunch at the Finches Arms in Hambleton Village.

"Comfortable, spacious and well equipped."

Well equipped. Easy walk into town centre. Confortable.

Nothing major. Would have preferred a slightly later checkout. Gettibg a family of 5 up and out for 10am the morning after a family wedding is not particularly easy.

Very convenient location for visiting the area, good parking and well equipped. Ideal for our purposes of a family wedding. Very friendly host.
