"Excellent location and accommodation for a family get together"

House is in a great location - great parking for two cars - all the facilities were as advertised - great having the room on the ground floor and the receptions on the middle floor - really helped with our requirements

Dining around the table was difficult due to arrangement of the room - might be worth considering a bench along the wall to enable parties of more than 6 to sit at the table and for people to still come into and out of the room - but really that is not a major issue - was a fabulous festive get together for our family - thanks

"Clean and well appointed property."

Location was good. Adequate parking. Good kitchen facilities.

Since we last stayed the property is starting to look tired and with visible signs of use. Property needs some basic maintenance/repairs, the showers/bathroom needs refurb and some area require redecoration.

"Superb"

Great location, near town and Rutland Water. Spacious property, 2 bathroms and 3 toilets. Lovely patio area in garden which was south/west facing.

Nothing was lacking, everyone said they would visit again.
