"Utterly disappointing and stressful experience."

A very distressing experience. From the health and safety point of view, there was no illumination or signage and the instructions how to collect the keys were unclear and confusing to the point that we ended up not being able to gain access and, therefore, not being able to stay there for the night that we had paid for. We were obliged to find alternative accommodation having left two phone messages with the host's contact mobile phone and not receiving a reply from them! It is only fair to request for a refund.

"A lovely place to relax"

Lovely cottage adjoining owner's house, set in gardens. We were only there for two nights but it had everything we needed and a fruit cake as well! The Poachers Inn and Restaurant is just a few minutes walk away. Well situated for touring the area. The owner was very welcoming as was her dog.

Nothing I can think of. Maybe more passing traffic than expected, but not a problem.

We had a lovely stay at West Cottage. The property has a beautiful garden with a play area which our toddler loved. The house was very cozy with comfy beds. It was a great visit and we would stay again.

"Dreamy hideaway"

Everything!! Stunning cosy little cottage in a serene location. Our little family loved our visit and had everything we needed for a break! Lucy the owner was so lovely and we fell in love with her property and super snuggly dog! Brilliantly stocked kitchen even silly things you forget like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Plenty of towels, bedding etc. Gardens were dreamy with space for our son to run around, we even braved the pool in this nippy weather. Great location to explore Dorset, Weymouth is only 20 mins away! Couple of cute local pubs and Dorchester is only 10 mins away with loads of chain restaurants.

Everything was lovely the house itself was beautiful and the gardens were a real treat for our four year old. Peaceful location just perfect will be booking again for summer so we can use the pool.
