Wear and tare of place needs looked at. Coat/boot rack missing off wall in hall/entrance. Sliding doors kept jamming. Kitchen cupboards dirty. Not enough cereal sized bowls for 6. Lump in wall of smaller bedroom. Forty cushion covers in lounge. Wardrobe in smaller room full of boxes and dumped furniture etc. unusable. Heater wouldn't turn off in lounge so had to keep door open. Inside windows a lot of trapped dirt/webs. Not enough hand soap in toilets. Watered down remanence was what was there. Threadbare towels with holes in. Coffee tables cheap and unstable.

Quiet, parking,comfortable beds, spacious, clean, heaters worked well and easy to operate Enjoyed the pheasant and deer

No iron in unit. Took 2.5 days for host to arrange a replacement. We were disappointed with host not believing there was no iron There was no instruction in the directory re wifi network nor password

We enjoyed the location, it was very quiet and relaxing, other than the pheasant tapping on the window in the morning 😀😀. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay.

Great location not far from St Andrews and the Fife coastal path. Very spacious clean and well resourced property. Parking. Peace and quiet.

What’s with no soap for showers? Do we have to bring our own? You should have said!

Not enough hot water for 4 adults to have a warm shower in the morning.

Location, pleasant property and peace and quiet

Front door handle very difficult to operate, sharp handle and too much pressure needed. Did not know where safekey was located. Found one at back door but code was wrong. Garden furniture left in haphazard manner, patio door entrance dirty with bird mess meaning that this dirt would be walked into the property, used toothbrush lying on patio. Pine tree debris on all windows which were not too clean. Not aware that storage heaters used and no instructions. Had to phone for front door safekey and WiFi code. Hub was on the floor covered in dust. Managed to find a boost for hot water hidden in cupboard. It only after running out of hot water on day 2. The garden fence was broken and leaning over being supported by a short post.
