Nice clean had everything we needed. WiFi did not but to be honest that worked in our favour and we spent time away from them.

It had everything we needed

Jacuzzi, privacy, location, amenities.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, very hard.

The lodges were a dream come true for our kids. They loved staying in what they called the ‘tiny house’ and didn’t want to leave. We had the family one with the hunks beds. Sitting in the hot tub with a view out over farmland to the sea was lovely.

The only thing I didn’t like was the potato peeler (very blunt) and that’s not a big deal 😉

There was no wifi (which we knew from the booking page) even though there was a wifi extender in the lodge. A pity!

Very nicely done pod. Well equipped. Hot tub was very welcome in the evenings

There is no internet connection to the pods and the TV reception breaks up badly when there is poor weather.

Really beautiful surroundings with gorgeous views. Lovely little cabins with everything we needed. It was obvious that they were set up with care.

Very difficult to find. Instructions for the stove and oven were not clear, so it was frustrating. Clear instructions would be very helpful. The bathroom is really tiny.

The View, hot tub (not used), clean , good shower, recycling facilities, good smell, near a farm

Internet / Wi-Fi con could have been better (but my phone seemed to cope ok - so not problem)

The lodge was in a nice countryside location. It was immaculate and the interior was very tasteful. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub taking in the sea view. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wishing for a base to explore Orkney.
