Lovely 2-bedroom Seaside Retreat with Free Parking

My wife and I could not fault the house at all. We were only staying for one night but it was absolutely perfect and would happily stay longer in the future. It’s clean, spacious, modern and has literally everything you need in a home from home. We had our little dog with us and he immediately fell in love with the place. He has a fixation for running up and down stairs so the lovely wide staircase coming down to the lounge was perfect for him to show off. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach/pier/fairground and also near to the town centre and a big Sainsburys nearby. We weren’t cut off from anything but at the same time it was nice and secluded particularly overnight so we got a very good sleep in the comfy bed. A big bonus was the parking bay literally directly outside the house. And special mention must go to the secure yard out back so we felt safe letting our dog explore out there. The communication with Jack (the owner) was also first class. We had no issues at all but he made it clear that we could just message him if there were any. The three of us would definitely stay again in the future.

Could have done with an ironing board and needs a guest book for feedback,ideas and general usage of appliances

The house was lovely and comfortable. Big enough for family of 5. Beds very comfy and location to beach was great. Private parking space at the front of the house was a bonus. Opposite sainsburys which make shopping easy.

Could not complain about the accommodation itself, but the street it is on didnt always feel the safest. There was some trouble between neighbours at one point, and police had to be called to attend. However, I'm sure that was a one-off, and it seems to be the normal thing with seaside towns.

Myself and my 3 children have had a lovely stay here. Off road parking easy check in, the house is lovely and clean, walking distance to town and seafront, Would definitely stay again :)

Good host, good layout of the house for a family of four. Good strong water pressure (which was a good after going to be beach).

Even though it was great to having parking outside the house; it was tricky to park the car and drive out. Due to a car park opposite the house (who was not a resident of the street). We did have a large SUV car so would be easier with a smaller car.

We had a fantastic stay! Lovely house, everything was really clean and comfortable. Good facilities, everything was provided that we needed. Great to have a hairdryer and iron! Appreciated having a back yard which was a nice sun trap with lovely seating area. Good communication from the host.

Good to have a designated parking space but it was difficult to access. It's quite a walk to the beach.
