Excellent location with easy access to everywhere in central Bath. Lovely large kitchen diner well equipped with utensils. The accommodation was good and the beds were very comfortable. So good to have parking nearby. 🙂

Just a couple of minor things would have helped. The freezer in the kitchen was badly in need of defrosting (one drawer so iced it wouldn't open!) and the terrace door was quite difficult to open. For the price I would not have expected to find things like these.

Decor was nice, location perfect. Nice to have the whole space to ourselves.

Couldn’t access the terrace garden, door is unable to open due to frame above too low. Neighbours can use it though and left litter there, felt like a lack of privacy then. Downstairs bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work. Staff tried to change the bed arrangement and charge us £50 extra for bed linen, they did waive the charge after I showed this was not what the listing said on booking.com. Bin Lorries arrive at 5am every day directly outside the bedroom windows.

Location, cleanliness, communication beforehand.

The location and hosts were great. The apartment is about 5 minutes slow walk to the centre of Bath including the Spa, shops and Abbey. The apartment was clean and spacious and the main room was comfy and had everything you needed so a short or longer stay.

The layout of the bedrooms needs to be clearer. The main double upstairs with ensuite was really lovely with a comfy bed and lots of room. The other three bedrooms are in the basement so the two singles we were using, one had a small window above the bed that you could open and shut the blind if you stood on the bed but the other one bearly had a window at all.

Upstairs suite was lovely. Everything seemed clean. Good location

One bathroom was out of order, but we were informed in advance - and still had two! 10am checkout was a bit early for us, but was clear in the T&Cs

Exceptional property, well appointed and spotlessly clean in a great central location. We very much enjoyed our stay and found the owners really easy to deal with in terms of access and responsiveness to messages - I would definitely look to use again on future visits to Bath!
