Greaves Wharf House

The property had a great location, straight onto the harbour. Little cafes opposite and 2 min walk from high street. There’s also places to walk the dogs and plenty of parking. Really cleaned and homely! Equipped with all you need too.

Felt like a home away from home

Overall great, some problems with electric as bathroom light struggled to come on at times and tripped the fuse once but ok after a quick flick on the fuse box in bedroom 2

It was nice rooms also good Tv remote control

We feel too high double bed but no heater there also seem ok different way bathroom near kitchen

The location was excellent and the cottage was very quaint.

Unfortunately the property has a real problem with damp, leading to quite a lot of mould. It was on the ceilings, walls, curtains and blinds. The main damp problem was with the bathroom, a lot of mould including loose mould that did get on you in the shower, there was even a slug in the bathroom! There were dehumidifiers around so it is obviously a problem that is ongoing and I realise very difficult to deal with.

Location was perfect ! Good size all we needed
