Lovely clean lodge, plenty of room, loved the hot tub.

We couldn't get many channels on the TV, We liked everything else, really nice place.

Hot Tub Good location for getting into york easy to access clean 2 bathrooms nice park

We wasn't initially provided with enough bedding for 6 people There was not enough cutlery for enough 6 people. the sofa bed isn't very wide and wouldn't recommend 6 people staying

Fab 4 night stay. The lodge itself is spacious clean and beautiful!

Only downside was we were told on arrival the hot tub had a slight leak but they were coming regularly to top it up for us so it wouldnt affect it's use. This wasmt the case. The water level was below the jets amd it was freezing cold! We had to phone twice to ask them to come and top it up/heat it up and it took them over 3 hours to finally turn up. It took a further 5 hours to heat up so we were unable to use it on our first night which was really dissapointing, especially for my 4 year old who was desperate to go in. After that they left the hose so we could keep it topped up ourselves and someone came to fix the leak but not until the final day. By looking at reviews i can see the same thing happened to the previous tenants who actually asked to be moved lodge so i feel they should have fixed the issue before taking more bookings as the hot tub is the main attraction of the lodge. Apart from that we had a good stay and would probably go back (just be wary of the wasps! They're everywhere!
