Superbly situated, great facilities, clean & really restful with lovely extras such as milk on arrival. Muchly appreciated.

The feel of the property is outstanding and great views. Very comfortable stay and the owner is great, she gave us recommendations for dinner and the welcome pack with fresh milk etc was a nice touch

Property was perfect

Overall the lodge is lovely, it is a lot bigger than expected with 3 bedrooms in total. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need in self catered accommodation. Location wise, it’s brilliant for exploring that side of the Trossachs - a short drive up to Callander. The property is dog friendly which was great for us - but note the extra fee for the dogs that is paid on arrival. This was £50 for 2 dogs. There is an enclosed garden but you have to go out the front (on the main road) to get to the garden entrance.

The property is not the same as what is photographed. Not sure whether it’s been redecorated but there is no bath and the decor is now very monochrome. The guest towels could also do with being updated - they were a bit manky.

The location of the property was great. It was very clean. The host left us a welcome pack with freshly cooked pancakes which was a lovely suprise.

Self catering accommodation,so breakfast was prepared by me.The property is spacious,comfortable and clean,lovely way to spend a couple of days relaxing.Village centre is a 5 minute drive away. My first time in Callender ,hopefully,it won`t be my last.

The lodge was a lot bigger than expected and very well decorated. The owner was lovely and had given us milk, fresh orange juice etc as a wee starter pack. The location was perfect for exploring the area and will definately stay here again...thank you 😀

Comfortable property, all needs covered. Great garden for the dog.

£20 for dog to stay. I personally think Booking.com should make you aware of the chargeable amount for a dog when you pay the accommodation fees & you pay then, that way you have a choice whether you want to stay still. All accommodation we have stayed with previously, through Booking.com, there has been no additional charges for him when you arrive.
