The Lodge House Callander

The interior of the property is immaculate and very well equipped as self catering accommodation. The rear garden is large private and peaceful with great unimpaired views of the surrounding countryside.

As the house is located just back from the main highway, traffic noise is apparent at certain times of the day. However, due to the thickness of the walls and double entry doors it’s apparent but no real issue.

The location was beautiful- very close to the village but also remote enough to provide peacefulness.

Couldn't stay there as previous guests had gone down with covid we were put in a caravan instead.

Beautiful accommodation very neat and tidy, quiet surroundings . good size rooms, owner supplied food essentials.

Even though “self catering”, basic breakfast materials were provided. The washer worked fine. The front room/kitchen were very presentable.

The bedrooms seems to be furnished somewhat as an afterthought. Please note that the shower is leaking onto the floor at the hinge corner.
