Lion Cottage - Dog-Friendly 3-Bed in Heart of Holt

Location of property was within the centre of Holt which was excellent.

You have to access the property via the back, this is in an alley where there are bins which isn't great as they smelt. Also the steps inside the property were extremely steep (think of a ladder) - this property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone that has young children as they would struggle on the stairs. Also all the mattresses need replacing as they are of poor quality - the sofa bed mattress is not fit for purpose!

Excellent location. Easy instructions to use the lock box. Lovely cottage in the centre of Holt

No parking. So had to book a private parking space nearby

Lovely little cottage, I thought they should warn people of the very steep stairs though. We had a problem with the wi fi, but sorted it out ourselves. My only real complaint would be not leaving spare toilet rolls a bit mean.

Property was ok but needed a few more finishing touches to make it feel comfortable. Such as Comfortable seating for four in the lounge area. More thoughtful lighting. A few extra utensils such as a wooden spoon. A chest of drawers in the master bedroom or bedside tables with drawers for personal items. A unit in the bathroom to put cosmetics on.
