The Old Kings Head

I loved this property , beautiful decor and so clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a fabulous few days . The location is fantastic right in the centre of Hastings old town and a few mins from the beach . Car parking was also a godsend .

I loved everything about this property

Our stay at The Old Kings Head was fabulous. What a gorgeous house, comfortable and in the heart of Hastings - the perfect base for weekend adventures. The house was really spacious and accommodated 5 of us comfortably, including a big old dog. The Parking spot was super handy too. Great facilities in the house, comfy bed, soft towels and great water pressure for lovely showers. I hadn't used a deposit scheme before on booking.com so was extra cautious, but the owners were really reassuring and accommodating. The deposit was paid back very shortly after checkout.

As we stayed in winter it was just a touch chilly in the living room, so we just took a couple of blankets from the bedroom and it was all good!

Perfect for a family of 4 with adult children- enough space and charm for all. Location is prime for Hastings and surround area with so much history to explore

There was nothing not to like other than the traffic noise outside

Such a lovely place to stay and explore Hastings Old Town with its bars,shops and restaurants without moving our car. Everything was perfect. We slept well in the very comfortable beds and the living areas were spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners were fantastic in replying rapidly to our questions. We would definitely go back.

The pictures show you a very pretty property: it is even better in reality <3 The place is spacious, well organised, beautifully decorated and very clean. Location is excellent: close to the beach, all the important attractions and the best restaurants/terraces. Having a parking space in this area is a bonus. And the hosts, wonderful: great communication, went above and beyond to make our trip stress free and have a great holiday.

The location of the accommodation is great. everything supplied was clean ,

we had a problem getting the key from the locked box, after a phone call to the hosts, managed to get the box open but it was still difficult even with the hosts on the phone.
