Wow! What a fabulous place. Great location and beautifully presented accommodation. Hastings was a delightful place to visit. This place is right in the heart of the old town.

"A beautiful base to explore the old town of Hastings."

Good location in the old town with a friendly Boardgame Cafe below the property. Easy to find and the hosts were helpful with good communication. The house has been beautifully prepared as a self catering let with quality furniture and tasteful decoration. Highly Recommended.

Location, clean and spacious, written instructions left about how to use things in the house, lots of spare towels or bedding if needed. All kitchen utilities available.

More of a niggle than dislike, Only enough space for 1 small to medium car, our other car had to be parked 10 min walk away, There's a large pot hole outside that when wagons go over it the hole house shakes, (local council issue really) windows in original keeping with the property but makes for a noisey stay. Not the best for light sleepers. Main bedroom has a walk in shower in the onsuite but needs a squeegee leaving there to help dry the floor/ sides faster. None of these niggles would prevent any of us staying again.

It is a lovely and well renovated apartment, with a lot of respect for the place's history. It is situated perfect for both the old town and the sea.

The only thing I can think about is a bit of an outdoor space, but not an issue for us, as we spend the Christmas here.
