Location great, very clean and functional.

Double bed mattress not comfortable, togs too heavy for the summer. Heating difficult so could not change temp.

The bed is slightly small in the master bedroom. The property needs some love, it’s a bit tired.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host quickly resolved my pre-stay query and sent clear, easy to follow instructions. I had no problem accessing the keys from the lockbox. The property has one allocated clearly marked car parking space and the rail station is within walking distance as are the pub, restaurants and shops of Wroxham.

Couldn't find any instructions for the central heating but managed to work it out, so not really a problem.

Very easy to get to, park, get into and house was lovely - very comfy beds, great shower and just cosy all round. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us
