Farneholm Annex Cottage

We loved this place, it was in such a great location, right on the coast. A great design with the lounge and kitchen & toilet upstairs, so you can appreciate the stunning view from the living space. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. I need to rest up a lot, so to be able to lie on the sofa and see the sea was just brilliant for me. The spacious beach is also just around the corner, by foot. Several great places to eat and drink, a village shop and Fish'n'chip van all close by. A great spot to travel from to visit the many beautiful tourist attractions, towns and villages. Good too to have our own off road parking space. A super stay for two:)

The location is excellent

I would like to make the following recommendations if I may… 1.A lock on the gate to keep our dog in/safe 2.Alternative flooring in all areas other than lounge would be more practical as it caters for guests with dogs. 3.The drive could do with a good brush!

Carpets stained, but clean, balcony needs good clean, old cobwebs and dirt in corners of glass balcony.

Fantastic little annex. Well planned out, even a toilet on each floor! Lounge and kitchen upstairs to maximise the view, beautiful bright space. Bedroom downstairs, cosy and snug. Love the antique bedside tables! Amazing to watch the tides ebb and flow, so relaxing. Didn't bother with the TV at all. We will definitely return to this lovely property
