Bed was uncomfortable for both of us even though I know it wasn’t a cheap one. Would have liked to have had more comfortable chairs outside. Tv definitely too high for comfort Would have liked the outdoor rails to be clean, tried to lean on them! and just to wash dirt on outer doors sills and patio doors really needs a good clean. They are very small things which would make a difference to your beautiful home. If there’s large stains from previous guests on the carpet before entering the bedroom, a rug would be better to cover it. You run a business and need max profit but in the long run I think if there’s a bit more thought to the decor and cleanliness you have it perfect

The property was spotless and very nicely furnished. The bi-fold doors to the balcony were easy to use and the view from the balcony just stunning. The kitchen was reasonably stocked and had tea, coffee and milk available. We had an issue with the TV but the host was very responsive and attempted to solve the issue despite being abroad! The location is idyllic - the beach is literally across the road. Nearby there is a village shop and a couple of really good eating establishments (The Craster Arms and Salt Water cafe - both really worth a visit). A short drive up the coast is Seahouses with a range of shops and activities available. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fabulous - very powerful! We have a wonderful 3 nights there and would recommend this place as a great getaway for couples who want to be near the sea and have peace and quiet.

Outside entrance not clean r welcoming decking dirty flys behind oven splash back carpets badly marked a lament floor would be nicer and white bedding would be nicer so you can tell its clean
