Pleasant upstairs living area.. Good view from main window upstairs.

Outside approach was scruffy and unkempt. No clear indication we had arrived at the right spot - the number on the gate is painted over. Downstairs (sleeping) area gloomy and generally unattractive.

The view is absolutely beautiful and sitting on that balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was absolutely lovely. We also found that everything that we used worked eg kitchen facilities, etc which is great when you're staying somewhere.

The property just needs a bit of tlc and a refresh all around to make it feel special and match the view.
