Good location,. Had a parking space

Shower (Electric) was very poor. Downstairs bathroom, had to mend showerhead Had to bleed the central heating system to get it working properly. Minimum facilities, poor quality bedding etc

"Exceptional"

Small clean comfortable terraced house with a lovely vibe near the racecourse (there's a nice walk just across the road leading onto the racecourse) and very close to town and the walls. Worked well for us with 2 teenage sons.

No coffee maker/cafetiere but that wasn't on the list anyway and we were able to borrow one from nearby family.
