everything, absolutely great and clean good brekie on the house big rooms close to local pubs, 10min walking

Location was very convenient for a family Xmas visit. Only really used the property as a base for sleeping, as we were out with family all day. The property is comfortable and spacious with bread, milk, cereal, tea coffee etc provided for breakfast - a lovely touch.

Nothing to dislike.

I have stayed at this property several times,that will tell you that I am very satisfied with the service.

There is nothing negative,it's a 5 star property, ideally situated for travel to local towns.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Graeme’s property absolutely fantastic house clean from top to bottom great location what more would anyone want the host also provides complementary bread and cereal milk coffee sugar overall home from home carnt go wrong

central location to Bishop Auckland but traffic and other noise - neighbours, dogs, etc.

I took 1 and a half hours to defrost the badly frozen up fridge - water on kitchen floor on arrival. Fridge seals filthy. Filthy cloths in cupboard under sink. Horrible old, out-of-date food items left in cupboards, eg. rock solid coffee. Gross! House smelt of smoke; cigarette ends just outside back door. Bed in small bedroom so bad had to put mattress on floor to counter the extreme softness of it. Dingy lighting everywhere - had to put bedroom lamps in kitchen to be able to see well; kitchen light flashing. No potato-peeler. Dust all over; eg. tv stand, bedside tables. Bins not labelled for recycling so put everything in general waste bin. Can't believe owner would rent out the house in this state.
