Clean fresh bedding and towels provided. Very comfy beds. Very spacious property. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Outdoor area (back) needs improvement, to make it usable. Windows need cleaning.

Ideal location, close to amenities and coast. Spacious, good sized kitchen with upto date appliances. Lovely dining area It served our purpose .

Maintenance and cleaning needed attention e.g. the tap in the master bedroom needed a more secure connection , the oven had to be cleaned by us before we could use it, it was covered in grease, there were crumbs in the toaster, I understand that it is up to the previous occupant to ensure this is done but it is also the responsibility of the letting agents to check them. In some area it could have done with a 'ladies touch'

It was a very large house with plenty of room for us all .there was plenty of essentials that were needed (except a iron) there are few problems though which need to be sorted soon

The problems we found was the shower in the bathroom poured water from the top and bottom of the hose.the grips on the stair carpet are sticking up and i stood on them several times .the door carpet bar on the living room and the kitchen needs rescrewing down as screws were sticking out of bar.and there is a dripping pipe outside on the wall outside of the kitchen .these are little things and the house wud be excellent .
