Grooms cottage

Good size master bedroom. Property was very warm. Busy surroundings (construction yard, stable, customers) but it was actually not loud. Quiet nights.

I did not like the fact the property is situated very close to owners property on busy backyard which is making lack of privacy. Specially when you want to use hot tub which is locked on the middle of owners cluttered backyard. That is why we did not use it. We expected hot tub in our back garden with possibility to use it when we want without asking owners for permission (set up). My kids did not like kids bedroom. Is claustrophobically small and they denied to sleep there. They slept with mum in master bedroom. Property needs better clean. Specially behind TVs, top of fridge or cupboards - specially when washing machine is, new silicon around shower tray. Very hard to catch wifi inside of property. Basically doesn't exist.

Ideally situated and great for self catering with a little toddler. Owners were a friendly hard working family and great to get along with. They went the extra step and provided a bed guard for a cot. This was very much appreciated.

We loved the whole look and feel of the beautiful, homely cottage, so well equipped with everything you would need! Loved being so close the equestrian centre, hearing the horses every morning. Loved our daily visits from the family dog, Doris, who made friends with our dog! Being able to use the hot tub was amazing! The family who own the cottage are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Great location, so close to Blackpool, the Zoo, Lytham St Annes and close to local shops.

everyone was friendly and very welcoming fantastic for kids our kids loved walking round and looking at all the horses after busy days out this location is perfect to go back to and relax.

Nothing that we didn't like

location. opportunity to hack. venue with horses and dogs attractive and relaxing. long standing family business, easy access/contact and dog friendly. Doris was particularly welcoming.
