Good location not to far from beach

Hot tub should be in more private place as everyone walking can see you, the way to collage should be done as all the mud is bringed to cottage, the back door to garden should have some cover above the head when its raining for people who smoke

Excellent location - very near to nature walk and village (with nice pub and food facilities) Log fire is very cosy and warm. Beds super compfortable. Jaccuzzi is massive Friendly dog.

The walk over to the jacuzzi (and area around the cottage) needs improving - walking barefoot on gravel not pleasant. The reception on the living room tv is dreadful (and it does't have Netflix or USB ports)

We had an amazing stay at Grooms Cottage. Being located next to equestrian centre made our stay so much different and more enjoyable than staying at the hotel. Steve, Sarah and staff at the equestrian centre could not be more welcoming and friendly. Property has everything we needed for our stay, with a hot tub as a cherry on the top. We’ll most definitely be coming back!

I absolutely fell in love with this cottage. love the log burner and the location due to family living nearby. it’s so cozy and warm. Hot tub was a big hit with the kids. The cottage was very clean and tidy. Hosts very nice and accommodating. couldn’t fault anything.

Lovely cottage in very good condition. Steve was very accommodating and friendly. The staff and people in the yard were lovely. The hot tub was fabulous 👌
