Host & Stay - Middle Farmhouse

Not pet friendly, fine panel missing meaning not secure had to stay outside in the freezing cold watching my dogs actions at all costs Thermostat set at 10 degrees house was freezing No guest book, WiFi password not given, couldn't be found. Shame.as house was nice but poorly managed and if that falls on agents responsibility then shame as not doing a good job. Loved the house overall amd looked for a xmas booking but at 2100 for 5 nights not worth it

Great location, lovely property.

Not enough pans in the kitchen for the amount of guests. Luckily we travelled in a camper so had to use some of our own. No instructions on how to use the oven and it wasn't that simple. No wood/coal for fire (usually in holiday rentals you at least get the first burn provided. This would not put me off the property just improvements to improved guests stay. A guide to local area and walks would have been lovely as we discovered many hissed footpaths not on google maps.

The property is of a very high standard and the owners should be very proud of themselves

Unfortunately we arrived late so in the dark and no torch walking around the back of the property, Unfortunately we arrived late, sat nav and map brought us to the exact location but we still couldn't see the cottage, Nobody in the area/pub knew where it was . It was the local fire brigade that helped in the end. I called the number on the message and it was a message only service. The call back took to long considering we were in need of help. This message is to help others it is not a criticism of a lovely lovely property

Very quirky property, lovely location with a private garden, great for dogs and children. Plenty of room for us all. Well appointed house. Beds very comfortable.

Downstairs radiators don’t come on, upstairs does. So house was quite cool on an evening downstairs. No logs for the log burner. Possibly radiators to be bled before winter. That’s the only negatives.

Didn't like the fact that we had no hot water for three days of our break which was very difficult with five adults, a toddler and a baby! Wasn't happy with the lack of support regarding the hot water situation!

Lovely cottage and it had everything we needed. Had a lovely break. Thank you 😊

The grass was overgrown but I asked the neighbour to do our grass as a joke and we came back after a day out and it was done.
