We booked 4 nights for 4 pax but only limited clean towels and toilet rolls provided. We asked how to lock the balcony door by chat but feedback received after 1 day.

Petite maison ancienne à 2 pas du centre ville , très bien restaurée sur 2 niveaux: 2 jolies chambres parfaites pour 2 couples + SdB et buanderie au RDC. Grand Salon /Salle à manger/Cuisine à l'étage : très belle pièce lumineuse, confortable et joliment décorée. Equipements au top tant dans la cuisine qu'au salon (WIFI , TV etc... ) Les hôtes sont très prévenants (plusieurs charmants messages d'accueil) et les procédures d'entrée et sortie sont clairement expliquées.

Tout était parfait!

"A very nice flat in Penzance"

Very spacious and comfortable, very large spaces. There are also free-to-use washing and drying facilities that are very convenient to use. We really enjoyed our stay there, it's a great house and would definitely recommend it

The only downsides was lack of shampoo (only body wash was provided) and not enough toilet paper. The electric hot shower also isn't ideal if multiple people have to shower consecutively as after a while it gets cold. The WiFi connection was extremely poor: 3Mb upload at best of times, and often unable to connect, took about 1-2 minutes to load a single webpage, impossible to watch videos or do video calls. The mobile network internet signal is also extremely poor, though this is no fault of the property of course

No flexibility on storage but this is quite normal in cornwall looks like

"Charmante Ferienwohnung - perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden des südwestlichen Cornwalls"

Kleine Gastgeschenke warteten zu Beginn unserer Reise. Dafür möchten wir uns noch mal bedanken. Unbezahlbar ist die zentrale Lage des Lofts im Ort, so dass ein Urlaub komplett ohne Auto als vierköpfige Familie möglich gewesen ist und wir das südwestliche Cornwall umfassend und im übrigen bei bestem Wetter erkunden konnten. Freundlicherweise wurde uns für einen Aufenthalt ein kostenfreier Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ermöglicht.

Haus generell, Lage war perfekt,

Matratzen durchgelegen, kein Wäscheständer(Badeanzüge/Badetücher…Haus am Meer!!!)
