Great outlook, clean and comfortable

We loved staying at Curlew Cottage. As soon as we arrived, we was struck by the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside that enveloped the cottage. The cozy and well-equipped interior provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The location of Curlew Cottage was truly idyllic. We were so happy we stayed here instead of Portree which was only a 15 minute drive away. We spent the evenings enjoying the fresh air and watching the sheep. The cottage itself was impeccably clean and tidy, with ample parking and large picture window to soak in the natural beauty. Overall, our stay at Curlew Cottage was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in the Scottish countryside.

Beautiful spot, wonderful views, quiet and peaceful. Cottage was comfortable, clean and had all facilities… loved it!

The location was perfect. It was quiet and beautiful with a postcard worthy vista and a flock of sheep for neighbors. The space is modern and scrupulously clean. We could not ask for more. Thank you!

Not one thing at all. Everything was wonderful. The Isle of Skye is a hiking delight.

would have loved a slightly bigger bed but that’s a personal preference .I would suggest a curtain on blind for the glass door as daylight flooded the bedroom really early if you are light sleeper like me..Everything else excellent.

Nice-nice-nice!! Great location for quiet away from busy-ness of Portree. Highly recommend The Edinbane Inn for dining. The whole experience was exceptional!

Not a thing!

Beautiful area, felt very private. Comfortable and well equipped. Easy to find. Karen was a very friendly and responsive host. The house was very well insulated also, and felt warm to get back to on our colder days but not too hot on the warmer days. As we stayed in May there was also a bonus of Lambs running about in the fields outside. Fantastic place to stay, we would highly recommend.
