Communication & friendliness of owners was first rate .. clean, modern looking .. very comfy beds .. nice & quiet location .. plenty of space .. overall, very happy indeed with stay

I think it’s been said before, but will be honest, the lounge wall tv could do replacing with a newer bigger one

Great find hidden away but close to Hove and a short walk into Brighton and even shorter to the seafront.

Tricky to find in the dark.

"A beautiful place to stay - perfect for a group"

The annexe was absolutely lovely, the rooms were very comfy and the sofa bed was comfy too. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was perfect for us and nicely stocked, we were able to cook and make drinks with ease. There was a table on the decking outside but unfortunately since it rained for most of our trip we couldn't use it - I'm sure in the summer this would be lovely. We had a great time staying here and I would highly recommend it. The only thing to take note of is that the driveway is a little tough to get out of with a big car.
