"It was just what we needed for our trip to see Billy Ocean, visit Lucy & Yak shop and The Lanes"

Great location very spacious and good value for money

Only one thing really The outside area was a tad neglected and someone came outside the door to cut it back and tidy it while we were staying there. Took our privacy away a little.

"Ok, but not the standard we expected."

Homey with a warm feeling, nice to be able to park the car in a private space. The location is good in quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped.

We expected a lot more from this place, given the reviews.. However, I was not so impressed. The patio was unkept, with old leaves and loads of spider webs. One afternoon, we saw a big rat there, so we didn’t dare to keep the door open. There were a number of small inconveniences that were disappointing - the drain in the shower was clogged, the bed was not very comfy, the roof windows were really dirty… Also, the hosts did not answer our messages via Booking.

Comfortable beds

Power point in bathroom would have been helpful. Description of property said additional toilet. As we were staying with a friend this was a reason we booked. There was only 1 bathroom so no extra toilet.

Good location for getting into Brighton and Hove. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay

"Just Perfect!"

First, the place is absolutely amazing. It's nice and secluded and has a lovely table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater. The bathroom/shower is lovely and light. Both bedrooms come with overhead windows that open if you need a breeze and the shades completely black out the room for a very restful slumber. The beds are beyond comfortable.

"Perfect location, quiet and relaxing hidden gem"

Only few minutes walk to the beach and shops and brilliant that had parking space at property and the little terrace to the property was a added bonus too

Went to use oven and the oven tray not clean and no extra tray to use so didn't use, no instructions on how to use dishwasher
