Very light and airy, had a lovely outlook onto the hosts bigger garden which we could use. It was safe for our dog and comfortable for us. Just three minutes from Dedham village it was a lot cheaper than staying at some of the hotels there. It had everything we needed for a relaxed break.

Maybe the sofa was a bit tired but we put a throw on it as we had our dog so it was fine.
