"Good place to stay for city center and Pride Park."

The location was great for the city center shopping , banks and Pride Park. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient and the place was big enough for us(three adults) with a room each

We were short of some essentials (towels, toilet paper) This was fixed the next day

"Fair but could easily be improved"

Location to station and shopping mall Viceroy excellent restaurant 5 mins walk.

Dish of cigarette butts in garden and dirty patio table. Had to use kitchen paper to clean as no cloths. Also freezer needs defrosting and cleaning. Had to buy tea towels. Also only 4 foot bed and no mattress covers

Booking.com

wrong number code for key box to get keys to get into property. Booking.com fault as had this problem before. thanks to Simon which I believe is his name I spoke to on the phone sorted the situation out within 5 minutes of calling him Which was a relief as we have been scammed before booking through Booking.com so was happy it was dealt with quickly. only other little thing was I think you could’ve done with some more baking trays for the oven and a few big bowls
