Good sized cottage in quiet surroundings with good views. Cottage and the location well maintained. Just great all round sums it up

There was nothing about the place to dislike.

Peaceful location, lovely hosts who were helpful, property very clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, walks directly from the property, village amenities within walking distance.

Driveway down to property unmarked from main road, but owners very helpful giving directions and arrived in daylight so not a problem. Everything was to our liking at the property, excellent stay.

Great location & converted to a very high standard, very comfortable & spotlessly clean

Problem with automatic messaging system was a concern when we’d not received directions & property access details & had to chase up. Front door lock was a bit of a struggle.

How nice and quiet it was and not too far away from the actual town of whitby and Scarborough. To be able to relax at the end of the day away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend this holiday cottage and would definitely be back.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was so comfortable, and relaxing.

We instantly felt comfortable on arrival, thanks to a lovely, cozy ambience in the cottage. We planned a night out in Whitby and chose the property because it was just a short taxi ride, in a peaceful setting and within our price range for a 1 night stay. We ate out so only used the kitchen to make a coffee but it was well equipped for anyone wishing to cook a meal.

The cottage was extremely comfortable, well furnished, well equipped and in a lovely location. Helpful hosts.

Larger bath towels would be good.
