Pretty cottage with beautiful views and plentiful nature

The driveway was very steep, and the mattress was a little uncomfortable

Location was great, views lovely and plenty to do in area, spotless, kitchen had everything you could need, we arrived on Christmas eve and a tree had been put up and a gift left.

The area

Very cold, I had to buy an electric heater 🙃 and radiators were very noisy bathroom didn't get hot at all

The property was lovely and has everything you could need. Tina and Andy were awesome and so friendly. The weather was bad on the day we were arriving and Tina communicated all day to keep us up to date with how accessible to properly was. We can’t wait to book back up especially when the weather is going to be better.

only one really minor thing is more tea and coffee could be provided, maybe little tins of it instead of small sachets as for us, there was only enough sugar for one brew!!

Nice cottage, it was homely, warm, comfortable, well equipped and clean.

The cattle grid coming down to the property nearly killed our car ( sports car), it felt like the last run on the grid was loose and there was a dip, so the subframe of our car bottomed out, good job we were at crawling speed. If you have a low car keep to the left of the grid on the way down (right on the way up) of the drive/lane to clear it.
