"Warm & cosy cottage"

Cottage was warm and welcoming, very clean and spacious ..fantastic location & views ..very relaxing countryside environment and Tina and Andy were so lovely they welcomed us on arrival ..our stay was for whitby goth weekend and the standard of accommodation absolutely made our holiday..we definitely will be returning very soon

No bad points loved it exceeded our expectations

Directions given were spot on! So relaxing, had a lovely stay My only comment is: an anti- slip mat could be provided for when you take a shower.

Superb from start to end, an outstanding place to stay with beautiful views,walks or just relax and enjoy, for us it was perfect and I highly recommend Underhill holiday cottage. The host was so king and knowledgeable about the area and things to do it the best place we’ve stayed in a long time so clean tidy and welcoming.
