Underhill Holiday Cottage

We loved the cottage. The hosts were lovely and the cottage was very clean, homely and very well equipped. It is also in a great position for driving to many different places along the Whitby coastline. Would love to come back again.

Maybe a gate from the patio to the house next doors garden. As the dog came through and started barking

We loved both the property and the location. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day on the moor.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location with private patio

Only slight complaint would be no tv in the bedroom. I know it’s not for everyone and not a big deal but we do like to watch tv in bed at bedtime.

The cottage was easier enough to find, in a beautiful location with country views of what we're used to. Inside the cottage was well appointed, with all the facilities at hand to make (for us) a comfortable 5 night stay. It's location was great to act as a base for us to explore the local area and see the sights, it also enabled us to travel to York and visit The Shambles and the York Wall. Credit to Tina and Andy.

They could do with some help with rabbit population (they're a pest in NZ)

The cottage was great views were amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. I would of loved to sit down by the tree looking at the view. The view from our cottage was obstructed by the cottage in front. However I would thoroughly recommend this location.

The location was very peaceful, with wonderful views, and very convenient to get to places. The cottage was so comfortable and clean, and will make a return trip another time!
