Die Lage ist top, ruhig aber viele Sehenswürfigkeiten in der Nähe. Wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer.

Wohnzimmer eher kühl, eine Kuscheldecke wäre toll gewesen.

Love the location and the views.

There was nothing to complain about.

- difficile à trouver; - dans le panier d’accueil nous n'avons trouvé qu'un paquet de doucelette, c’était très bon, mais ne correspondait pas trop aux photos vues sur le site de réservation

Good central location for exploring Scotland. Very well equipped house for cooking and excellent showers, comfy clean beds and lovely cosy open fire.

The open fire, the bed was semi comfortable, duvet was cosy.

The host didn’t communicate following our reservation. We messaged to say we were on route and should arrive around 5ish, still no reply when we arrived so we had to call the host direct to be given the code for the lock box The house was cold when we arrived, window open in the bedroom (We stayed in November). The images on the website are deceiving as the house appears to be remote, but a number of other properties are close by. The house lacks the finer details, appears to have been thrown together with lots of old, uninspiring furniture. There was also lots of dog hair and appeared that the sofa’s had not been cleaned in some time, (debris under cushions and in the corners of the sofa and chairs). The wardrobes were thick with dust on top. We liked the open fire but it would have been thoughtful of the host to have the fire burning on arrival. The kitchen is very basic, again with old random utensils. The fridge was set too high and froze our milk! We get it’s an old cottage but it shouldn’t come exclusively with so make cobwebs!
