Everything that you needed was there, the light with the views, huge beautiful bed, the rooms were fantastic, the treats that were left, we had visits from the pets, the hot tub

Very peaceful setting in a very well presented property. Everything provided to make my stay perfect…and fresh bread on arrival was fab..!! Private hot tub was a great bonus. I will definitely be returning!!

A beautiful place to stay, tucked away down a long countryside drive just outside of Honiton town. It was spotless inside, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The host was very warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble - arriving to freshly baked bread and eggs was very generous. The hot tub and view out over the fields was incredible, and we will definitely be staying here again, can't recommend it enough.

The cat ate my other half's coffee cake, but it was worth it for the stay!

The most beautiful property we've ever stayed at. The decor is stunning and homely. The furniture and bed , extremely comfy. The host was super friendly and some lovely homemade bread , eggs and mince pies were waiting for us on arrival .All in all incredible value for money and so lovely. Will definitely be returning!
