A lovely, warm welcome from the cat and dog that lived with the owners! There was also fresh, homemade bread and eggs from the market waiting for us to use which was a wonderful touch. The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfy! Lizi was also very friendly and helpful.

The host was incredible. The lookout was private and immaculate. The views were incredible and so peaceful. Hot tub surrounded by stunning views was our highlight. Value for money here is amazing.

The Lookout was an exceptional property, spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. There is a lovely private garden area to sit and relax, plus an excellent hot tub which was a bonus. The location is so peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet within a reasonable walking distance of Honiton and its amenities. This was without doubt the best holiday rental property we have stayed in, we hope to return there again.

The place is beautiful lovely setting the bed was amazingly comfortable and huge. The place was huge lots of space for chilling out. It has everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a perfect “escape to the country”, don’t look any further, this is it! A beautiful house in a beautiful surrounding! Big, wonderfully decorated, huge bed, well equipped! A jacuzzi under the stars, deer walking by in the fields. We stayed for 14 days and visited the beautiful highlights of Devon. Lizi, the host, and her husband Spencer and their sons are wonderful. On arrival there are delicious presents. Best accommodation we stayed in! On walking distance of Honiton with nice shops, restaurants and pubs.

5* absolutely stunning home from home, gorgeous surroundings, this place is incredible. With everything you need for a really lovely retreat, with your own private garden with a hot tub ( a very hot, hot tub! ) and with lots of lovely animals too. A really perfect stay.

Lovely host, lovely location, great value to money. Even gave me a slice of cake they had baked. Accomadated me very last minute. Thank you!
