Good location, good communication, comfy warm flat.

It was a little odd not to have separate bedrooms, both beds are open plan!

Great place to stay, really close to Margate, shops, pub and park. It had everything you need in the apartment. The log burner was a bonus.

Location, wood stove, plenty of electric heating.

No useable TV downstairs, lack of oven dishes, not instructions for underfloor heating, a welcome information pack would be useful. Utensils minimal.

How comfy and homely it is

Really nice stay. It was spacious. The only issue was a little bit of noise from people in the hall. And due to the windy weather the windows rattled a bit. Otherwise great place. Would love to stay again.

The fireplace, the snug, the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was very big. The check in was very easy, Paul sent us all the information about the place, where to find things...

Love the unique layout with a mezzanine set up for watching cozy films, breakfast nook in the window and cozy fireplace. Comfortable bed and very comfy sofas. Great location a short walk from old town. The building is very cool and unique. We loved our stay!

Very cold in winter as heated only with portable heaters and fireplace - but no firewood was in the flat! It was so cold in the bathroom that we didn't shower all weekend. It's unrealistic to ask guests there for 1-2 nights to go and buy a whole bag of firewood because we are out and about and won't use it all - would be better if host provided.
